Returns
You have the right to return unused products within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used beauty and personal care products, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Refunds
